A onetwentythree ltd coaching engagement will typically follow a structured process, or a coaching road map.

1 INTAKE

An initial meeting with the client or sponsor, as appropriate, to determine the needs and desired outcomes for the coaching engagement.

2 FIT INTERVIEW

An opportunity for the client and coach to meet and discuss preferences, personalities, etc. with the intent of determining if the coaching relationship will be successful.

3 GOAL SETTING

Time devoted to developing preliminary goals for the client, in partnership with the sponsor as needed.

4 AGREEMENT

Completing and signing the coaching agreement to outline the necessary terms and conditions of the engagement.

5 ASSESSMENT

Administering the appropriate assessment, as outlined in the agreement.

6 ACTION PLANNING

Creating a practical and applicable action plan to support the client’s learning and growth.

7 COACHING WORK

The ongoing meetings and interactions between the client and coach for the duration of the engagement.

8 PROGRESS REPORTS

At a minimum of one time, the client, coach, and sponsor (as appropriate) will meet to discuss the progress of the engagement itself and assess what changes, if any, may be needed to the plan, agreement, or other elements of the engagement.

9 EVALUATION & CLOSE

Completing any close-out assessments and reviewing the agreement and action plan to determine what results the client achieved.

This price covers the assessment cost and provides you with one free coaching session in the form of your results debrief. You will have two meetings, an intake meeting and a debrief session, at least one week apart, and complete the assessment we identify at your convenience.

This approach includes an intake meeting, an assessment, a results-debrief session, and an action planning meeting. The price covers the assessment cost, one free coaching session in the form of your results debrief, and one coaching session/action plan creation. We will schedule three meetings, each approximately one week apart.
