"Culture" is the shared set of beliefs, values, and behaviors everyone contributes to their workplace.
Or you can think of it as the climate of a place. Or how we do things here.
All business leaders today need to do to be successful is to get clear about goals, align the people on their teams to company priorities, prepare and train managers, hardwire learning, get great at change, and be ready to face what's next. That's all...

There's good news, though. If you start with and stay focused on the quality of your company culture, a lot of this work gets easier. Culture is the gateway to getting results.

Bad culture? Bad results. Good culture? Good results.
Great company cultures connect business goals and people's needs.
Experience is all about making the workplace great for the people who work there. It's not about surveys or pizza parties. It's about leading in kind and respectful ways and ensuring employees have the tools and information they need to get work done. Company culture is the blueprint for experience.
Change is the name of the game. Years ago, you could install a change management system and be done. Not anymore. Today, change is standard operating procedure. So, the goal is to change with minimal disruption. Not no disruption. Minimal disruption that ends with improved outcomes. Healthy cultures make adaptability possible.
If a company's priorities and circumstances change, its culture needs to change, too. Aligning your leadership practices, communication plans, and other cultural norms to new and evolving strategies and vision is non-negotiable. Culture doesn't have to eat strategy; it can serve it instead.
